HARVEST: The meticulous process of hand-picking enables us to carefully choose grapes at their pinnacle of phenolic maturity, facilitating the optimal extraction of aromas and seamless integration of flavors.
FERMENTATION & DISTILLATION: The pure aromatic grape juice undergoes a carefully controlled fermentation process to yield a high-quality wine that preserves the essence, character, and distinctive traits of Muscat Hamburg. Subsequently, the wine undergoes sixfold distillation, resulting in a pure and refined distillate with an alcohol content of 80 degrees.
MATURATION: The distillate undergoes a 12-month maturation period in stainless steel tanks, fostering a delicate balance between elegance and power. Dilution to 43% enhances the expression of distinctive aromas, imparting a silky and soft taste to this brandy, elevating its overall profile.
TASTING NOTES: This brandy stands out for its pronounced floral bouquet, dominated by the allure of roses and complemented by subtle hints of cinnamon. The palate experiences a full and luxuriously silky richness, featuring fruity flavors and a gentle undertone, concluding with a lingering and enduring finish.
