KAMNIK WINERY EXPANDS INTO PREMIUM BRANDIES


Kamnik Winery is branching out into distillery with the launch of new fruit brandies: Damson from plum, Jonathan from apple, Williams from pear and Bloom from quince are the first premium quality brandies from the Distillery. This expansion results from a quest to create exceptional brandies that authentically express the character of each fruit. Crafted using traditional methods, combined with innovative technology, the new flavors bring a fresh twist to the market, offering new culinary and mixology possibilities. The traditional distillation techniques ensure authenticity and competitive strength in international markets.

The new brandies build on the success of Kamnik Distillery's initial small-batch production, launched in 2019. With their first official release in 2021, Muscat Hamburg, scored 98 points and won a Gold Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London. Following this, Signature became Macedonia's first oak barrel-aged brandy with a score of 91 out of 100 points at the International Wine and Spirits Competition held in the United Kingdom.

Looking ahead to 2024 with big plans for new spirits, Kamnik Distillery continues to innovate and expand its premium offerings.
