FERMENTATION & DISTILLATION: Upon pressing the grapes, fermentation begins promptly, converting the finest grape juice into wine through the aid of carefully chosen yeasts and enzymes. The distinctive and recognizable essence of this brandy is intricately woven into the art of sixfold distillation from high-quality wine, showcasing the mastery behind its creation.
MATURATION: To enhance complexity and structure, the distillate undergoes a maturation process in new French oak barrels, each with a 400-liter capacity, lasting for a duration of 24 months.
