VARIETY: Williams Pear
ORIGIN: This premium pear originates from the Kazan Dol region of Valandovo, renowned for its rich soil and an optimal climate.
HARVEST: Every pear is allowed to achieve perfect ripeness, ensuring that each fruit is picked at the peak of its flavor potential. The fruits are then crushed and melted to set the stage for fermentation.
FERMENTATION & DISTILLATION: Under a controlled temperature of 15°C, the juice undergoes fermentation, allowing the natural sugars to transform into alcohol while retaining the unique pear character. The sixfold distillation process happens right after the fermentation, a process that is designed to refine the spirit to 65% alcohol and guarantees the purest, smoothest liquid with concentrated pear essence.
MATURATION: After distillation, the spirit is sent to inox tanks for maturation, where it rests for three years. During this time, the brandy develops complexity integrating allpowerful pear aromas and flavors.
TASTING NOTES: Complex but smooth and elegant on a palate, our Wiliams brandy is pure hedonism in a bottle. The nose is rich and abundant with yellow fruit and floral aromas, led by the ripe Williams pear. Succulent ripe fruit brings a silky texture, building to a delicate sweetness on the palate and leaving a clean, lingering finish.
FOOD PAIRING: It pairs perfectly with a selection of cheeses, fruit and desserts.
